HERNANDO — The funeral service for Thurman Oscar Weathers, 87, will be at 11 a.m. today at Hernando Funeral Home with visitation starting at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Twin Oaks Cemetery in Southaven. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Clara Mae Weathers. He leaves daughters, Linda Rupprecht of Lake Cormorant, Mary Edmondson of Hernando; son, Doug Weathers (Janet) of Southaven; sister, Peggy Oliver of Kentucky, Bobby Weathers of Southaven; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; many more family and friends. He was preceded in death by a brothers, Larry Weathers.
