Henry E. Reeves OLIVE BRANCH — The funeral service for Henry E. Reeves, 84, will be at 10 a.m. today at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in McNairy, Tenn. He was a veteran of the Navy, having served during the Korean War and he was retired from Memphis Light and Water. He died Jan. 11. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Olive Branch and more recently of Longview Heights Baptist Church. He enjoyed gardening and woodworking. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings. He leaves his wife of 59 years, Shelby Nix Reeves; two daughters, Cynthia Reeves Newton (Roy) and Hollie Reeves Reed; his son, Guy R. Reeves (Lori); four grandchildren, Allison Newton White (Michael), Zachary Reeves, Nicholas Reeves, and Christopher Reed; his great grandson, Logan White; four sisters, Ann Miller, Olliebell Reeves, Etta Marie Dunn, and Martha T.
