MEMPHIS - The funeral service for Rickey Lee "Tiger Rick" Watkins, 58, public works employee for the City of Memphis, will be at 1 p.m. today at Brantley-Phillips Funeral Home in Hernando with visitation starting at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Greenleaf Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents, R.L. and Nellie Watkins. He leaves sons, Nathan Lee Watkins (Bridget) of Morrilton, Ark.; brother, Ray Watkins (Ginger) of Germantown, Tenn.
