SOUTHAVEN — The funeral service for Nora Johnson, 73, school teacher for Memphis City School System will be at 11 a.m. today at Clearview Baptist Church in Southaven with interment in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven. Johnson died Feb. 18. She was born Feb. 6, 1941. She leaves two daughters, Carol Stewart and Cindy Johnson, both of Southaven; two brothers, Grady Westbrook of Hernando and James Westbrook of Southaven; two sisters, Myrtis Pearson of Lake Cormorant, and Wilma Brown of Mobile, Ala.; two grandchildren, Chris Stewart and Brock Stewart (Jennifer); and one great grandchild, Rylee Stewart. She was preceded in death by one brother, Ferman Westbrook. The family requests that any memorials be made to Clearview Baptist Church. Arrangements are in the care of Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven.
