HORN LAKE — The funeral service for Wanda Ione Biggs Vanzant, 79, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday with visitation starting at 11:30 a.m. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven. Interment will be in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens. Vanzant was born Oct. 15, 1934 in Little Rock, Ark. and died March 24 at Landmark of DeSoto in Horn Lake. She was Baptist. She leaves one son, Billy Joe Vanzant (Wanda) of Horn Lake; two brothers, Troy "Sonny" Biggs Jr. of Austin, Ark. and Jerry Biggs of Como; two sisters, Margie Vaughn of Victorville, Calif. and Carolyn Godwin of Fort Smith, Ark.; one grandchild, Bradley Joe Vanzant (April) of Horn Lake; and one great grandchild, Kayla Baker of Horn Lake. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Vanzant; one sister, Betty Adams; and one brother, Tyler Biggs.
