HERNANDO — The funeral service for Eugene Logan Davis, 87, retired marina proprietor, will be at 6:30 p.m. today at Parkway Baptist Church in Hernando. Brantley-Phillips Funeral Home in Hernando has charge. Davis died April 4 at the V.A. Medical Center. He was a World War II Navy veteran. He was the widower of Delores Stone Davis. He leaves four sons, Larry Davis (Cathy) of Hernando, Jack Davis (Maria) of Tampa, Fla., James Davis (Kathleen) of Ft. Smith, Ark., Tony Davis (Barb) of Sarasota, Fla.; one daughter, Linda Randel (Lee); one sister, Joann Davis of Nicolasville, Ky.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
