Vaiden A memorial service for Clarice W. Phillips, 72, will be at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 24 at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Winona with visitation starting at 10:30 a.m. Phillips was born Feb. 10, 1942 to the late Clarence Edward and Paulette Sissoms Wigginton. She was a home health care giver. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Claudine Nolan; and a brother, Robert Wiggington. She is survived by her sons, Clarence Phillips (Wanda) of Hernando, Eugene Phillips of Vaiden, James Phillips (Lori) of Cleveland, and Robert Phillips (Faye) of Vaiden; sisters, Mary Ann Palmer of Greenville and Paulette Spain of Plano, Texas; brother, Clarence Ed Wiggington of Greenville; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many more family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Foundation or to the Arbor Day Foundation.
