WALLS — The memorial service for Ralph Noel, 79, tire builder for Mansfield Tire and Rubber, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lake Forest Baptist Church in Walls with arrangements in care of Twin Oaks Funeral Home. Noel died Nov. 23 at DeSoto Health Care in Southaven. He was born Jan. 4, 1932 in Russell County, Va. and was a member of Lake Forest Baptist Church. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He leaves his wife of 56 years, Audrey Noel; one daughter, Sandy Ransom (Wayne) all of Walls; two brothers, Phil Noel of Aiken, S.C. and Paul Noel of Avon Park, Fla.; one sister, Beatrice Creech of Richlands, Va.; and one granddaughter, Desiree Ransom of Walls. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Artie Noel; three brothers, Raymond Noel, Adouphus “Doc” Noel and Carl Noel; and one sister, Mary Boyd.
