WALLS — The funeral service for Don Charles Sargent, 73, was Friday at Colonial Hills Baptist Church. Sargent died March 14 at Baptist DeSoto. He was born July 12, 1938 and was owner of Action Process. He was a member of Colonial Hills Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by parents Kenny and Catherine Sargent and brother Harry Sargent. He leaves Nancy Sargent and daughters Suzanne Whiteaker (Chris) of Henderson, Nev., Tina Bogan (Ricky) of Byhalia; step-daughters Holly Johnson of Caruthersville, Mo., Amy Johnson of Coldwater and stepson, Steve Johnson (Debbie) of Germantown,Tenn.; grandchildren, Daniel Scipper (Renee), Anna Teel (Curt), Matthew Whiteaker, step grandson Aaron Gamble. Great-grandchildren Thomas Teel and Madison Scipper.
