HORN LAKE — The funeral services for Dana Kaye Alverson Harvey, 50, housewife, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven with visitation starting at 10 a.m. and Saturday at noon at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home in New Orleans, La. with visitation starting at 10:30 a.m. Harvey died Aug. 5 at Baptist-DeSoto. She was born March 11, 1962 in New Orleans and was a member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Southaven. She leaves her husband of 24 years, William Ford "Billy" Harvey; one son, William Corey Harvey; her father, Bill Alverson; and one brother, Brad Alverson, all of Horn Lake. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gail Alverson. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery in New Orleans. The family requests that any memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
