WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. — The graveside service for Effie Parham, 89, retired machine operator, will be at 11:30 a.m. today at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven. Parham was born June 18, 1923 and died Dec. 1 at Methodist Hospice Residence. She leaves two sons, Dan Parham of Nesbit and Frankie Parham of Memphis; two daughters, Janice Ashe of Memphis and Peggy Parham of Marion, Ark.; six grandchildren, Eric, Tracy, Kelly, Chris, Lisa, and Heather; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Joanne Allsup and Susie Thomas; one grandson, Jason Ray; and one granddaughter, Brandy Cates.
