SOUTHAVEN — The funeral service for Lyle Palmer, 73, sales engineer for Plant Maintenance Service corporation, was Monday at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven with interment in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens. Palmer was an Air Force veteran and a Baptist. He was born April 21, 1939 in Cherokee County, N.C. and died April 18 at his home. He leaves his wife of 45 years, Ann Palmer of Southaven; four sons, Roger Palmer of Nashville, Tenn., Michael Palmer of Southaven, Bill Palmer of Horn Lake, and Rob Palmer of Memphis; one daughter, Rebecca Mullins of Southaven; one sister, Margaret Davis of Germantown, Tenn.; eight grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
