Edith Mae Eaves

HORN LAKE — The funeral service for Edith Mae Eaves, 94, homemaker, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven with visitation starting at noon at the funeral home. Interment will be in Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery in Memphis. Eaves was born March 3, 1919 in Manila, Ark. to the late John and Lily Osborn and died Feb. 19 at Landmark of DeSoto in Horn Lake. She was a longtime resident of Fort Pickering and a member of Peabody Baptist Church in Memphis. She leaves two daughters, Joyce Jean Stansbury (Gene) of Orange Park, Fla, Beverly Ann Eaves Marchisio (Mark) of Southaven; one son, Perry Gene Eaves (Valorie) of Clarendon, Ark.; one sister, Nadine Lawrimore of Marked Tree, Ark.; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Eaves and four siblings, Ernest, Jack, Patricia, and Saundra.
