SOUTHAVEN — The funeral service for Bob Crlisle, 78, retired truck driver, will be at 2 p.m Friday at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven with visitation starting at noon. Interment will be in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens. Carlisle was born Sept. 24, 1934 in meridian and died April 29 at Baptist-Desoto. He was Baptist and a Navy veteran of the Korean War, member of Teamsters Local #667, a Mason and Past Master of Horn Lake Msonic Lodge #617. He leaves two sons, Steve Carlisle (Michelle) of Meridian and Gene Carlisle (Joyce) of Senatobia; one daughter, Gayle Hamblin (Terry) of Southaven; three sisters; nine grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lou Carlisle and one great grandchild, Abby. The family requests that any memorials be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
